Seoul Korean Restaurant opened in Latham in 2013 and is one of the longest-running Korean kitchens in the Capital Region. Owner MiJung Kim came from Seoul and cooks the way her family always has.
Kimchi, banchan, broths and sauces are made in-house. Every meal starts with a spread of side dishes, and the stews arrive still bubbling in the stone pot.
Our dining room seats large parties, so birthdays, team lunches and family celebrations are easy to host here. Call ahead and we’ll have the table set when you arrive.
We also cater. Trays of bulgogi, japchae, gimbap and fried mandu go out to offices, churches and parties across Latham, Albany and Schenectady. Give us 48 hours’ notice.
